Factory Homes Clearance Center, Inc., established in May of 2000 and based in Portland, Oregon, has been helping community housing needs in many ways. The company works diligently toward helping families achieve the American Dream: owning their own home. 

Currently, Factory Homes Clearance Center, Inc. is expanding into new territories throughout the Northwest.  We are looking for talented individuals to become part of our rapidly growing sales team. Essential Job Functions

• Positive Attitude, sense of urgency, strong work ethic and the desire to be the best
• Manage incoming sales calls
• Deliver home presentations, provide benefit statements and handle objections
• Sell Homes
• Assist customer with building design for home
• Responsible for opening and closing the sales center
• Daily merchandising for sales office and homes on display
• Coordination of home delivery
• Daily tracking of sales activity
• Provide post-sale and ongoing customer service
• Attend weekly chamber of commerce meetings
• Develop sales marketing strategy’s to generate  leads
• Attend ongoing training seminars
• Adhere to a company  sales process

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• Strong needs assessment and sales closing skills
•  Excellent oral and written communications
• Familiar  with MS Office environment
• Goal driven
• Proficient  time  and self management ability
