Manufactured Homes Unlimited is the creation of Dean W. Pollman, chief executive officer and owner of Factory Homes Clearance Center, Inc and Gunner, LLC.

Mr. Pollman has been a successful business owner for more than 30 years, involved in housing sales, development of housing communities, and subdivisions.

Manufactured Homes Unlimited meets all standards of the Better Business Bureau.

During his career, Pollman's mission has been to bring quality, affordable housing to communities in the states of Oregon, Washington, New Mexico, and California. His incredible drive and work ethic has made him a leader in the industry.

Pollman’s success is largely attributed to an efficiently run organization and highly qualified employees.

Housing Communities
Pollman has concentrated on the development of new communities and completion of his existing housing communities, Hunter's Walk in Centralia, Washington and Desert Oasis in Moses Lake, Washington. Pollman is currently working on developing Cascade Meadows, a subdivision in Lebanon, Oregon, Country Oaks in Donald, Oregon, Hunter's Meadow, a subdivision in Sheridan, Oregon, and Lakeview, a community located in Lakeview, Oregon. Furthermore, he is always looking for different home sites and land to develop.

About Pollman
Pollman is a committed father and husband and spends much of his free time with his family and is an active member of his community. He is an avid outdoorsman as well as being involved in the Wilsonville Sports program for the last five years.
