and subdivisions. Currently his operations include three sales locations, two
housing communities, and two subdivisions. His excellent work ethic and drive

Kathi Donohue is Chief Financial Officer for Gunner, LLC. She has been working
in the housing industry since 1994. Her background includes the financial reporting
of nine sales centers, two housing communities, and two subdivisions. She manages
all the financial information for our fast paced corporate office and all satellite
locations. Her strive for excellence has proven to be a unique element for our company. |

Janet McCaslin is the General Manager and Finance Manager for Gunner, LLC.
She has been involved in the housing industry since 1976, concentrating in finance
and mortgages. She began her career with General Electric Capital and moved on
to Regional Manager positions with HomeOwners Funding, Ford Consumer Finance,
and The Associates Capital. Her experience and knowledge of finance has established
our company in the industry. |
