East Garden Estates is located in beautiful Vancouver Washington. This community is set in a country-like setting, surrounded by beautiful green hillsides.

We felt the need to create a housing development in Vancouver.
Vancouver at the time was a fast growing city; we knew that we could accommodate families with reasonably priced housing.
We created a neighborhood with 49 unique home sites.
